We provide a complete range of adoption services for adoptive families, birth parents and adoption agencies. We represent adoptive families in independent, agency and international adoptions, and in separate cases, represent birth parents who are placing a child for adoption. We represent and advise a number of Oregon adoption agencies and represent clients who have become involved in litigation involving birth parent challenges or revocation attempts. We also provide legal services for clients in the areas of surrogacy and other assisted reproductive techniques.
